Can I customise the text that appears in the survey opt-in pop-up?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The text that appears in the survey opt-in pop-up is delivered by the Google Customer Reviews program and is not customisable.

You can, however, choose a default language for your survey opt-in pop-up.
