If you have a multi-lingual Shopify store our app settings allow you to select the language of the text that will appear in the survey opt-in pop-up from Google.
Within the app settings, you can set a default global language that the survey opt-in pop-up will appear in, for ALL customers:
If you do not specify a Language in the app settings, the survey opt-in pop-up will appear in the language that the customer's browser is set to.
If there is a language missing from the options available, please get in touch and let us know.
App block and proxy page language
If you are using app block compatible post-purchase pages, the content displayed on the proxy page (where the survey opt-in pop-up appears) is fixed and can not be changed. We do, however, have automatic translations for this content in a number of languages.
